Solvent Blending Capacity;

All of our blenders are stainless steel and range in size from 20 litres to 20,000 litres. Our largest blender incorporates explosion suppression equipment.

The equipment is configured for multi-product use with automated software and can easily be adjusted for single product use. The standardised industrial platform minimises downtime and maintenance and fully integrates all functions into the system.

The solvent blending process is comprised of the following;

• Custom solvent blending to meet specific needs.
• 10,000 litres bulk solvent blending tanks.
• 35,000 litres bulk base storage. All loading and unloading under one roof and heated.
• Solvent storage capacity equipped with computerised inventory control system.
• Laboratory facilities to ensure product quality and integrity.
• Tested to meet customer standards.
